Comment: Wow! Riverside was absolutely incredible!! I had an emergency call on a Sunday for AC that was not cooling. My situation was especially urgent as it was for a building that houses dogs and today’s temperature was to hit 99 degrees! A “real person” answered my call and my information was immediately dispatched to the service technician. HVAC specialist , “Jessie”promptly called me and gave a detailed time frame of availability. He even called later to give me updates re his location and arrival time. This gentleman was the epitome of professionalism and expertise. My unit’s problem was explained and addressed quickly…the doggies and I were all set and cool again! I have never been so highly impressed by a company on every level.
